At Professional Tiler, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the products you ordered, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return Window: You may return tile products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Products: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with no damage or alterations, and in the original packaging.
- Restocking fee: A restocking fee of 25% may apply to certain returned items.
- Batch Matching Requirements: Restocking is only allowed if materials from the same batch are available in our inventory.
- Special Orders & Discontinued Products: We do not restock special order materials or discontinued products.
2. How to Return an Item

3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
