Services

We provide web hosting, Cloud VPS, dedicated servers, email hosting, domain registration, website development, SEO and website security services as described on our website.

Payment & renewal

• Services are prepaid for the billing period you choose (monthly or yearly).
• Services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Unpaid services may be suspended after the due date and terminated later.

Money-back guarantee

Shared hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, dedicated servers, licenses and completed development or SEO work are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services for illegal content, spam, phishing, malware, copyright infringement or anything that harms our network or other customers. Violations may lead to suspension without refund.

Uptime

We target 99.9% network uptime. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our control are excluded.

Backups

We keep backups as described in each plan, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.

Development & SEO work

Project timelines depend on receiving your content and feedback on time. SEO results depend on search engines and cannot be guaranteed.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the previous month.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
